New Attraction Arrives at Cherry Crest

We are pleased to announce a stand alone attraction that will be opening on May 23rd as part of our Grand Opening.  Geocaching has spread like wild fire across the world and we are excited about the program that we have developed for our guests

Never been caching before??

Don't worry we have everything you will need to participate in this adventure including GPS units equipped with 2 way radios in case you get stuck some where on our 300 acres farm.  This game is not part of our maze  play game and does cost $6 per person.  General admission to the farm is not required. 

The game is very much like a high tech treasure hunt and will take at minimum 1 hour to complete.  There are also 3 levels of difficulty that players can choose to play.  The full brochure will soon be available on our website as well as more details.

New for 2009

We are working hard in getting ready for the 2009 season.  Here are some pictures of the upgrades to the site we have done

New cashier/condiment building and beverage barn in the background.  We will have fountain sodas this year!!

We are excited to see how are moms and dads react to the added convenience of the baby changing station and nursing mothers building(with air conditioning of course).   Oh,  and new hand washing stations as well!!

This is our new cashier and condiment building which we hope will increase the enjoyment of your time with us!

So stay tuned as we keep you posted of upcoming changes.  It's hard to belive that we open in about 1 month.May 23 is our season kick off.  Also we are excited about our partner ship with the PA State  Department ofTourism and out Visit PA ..all in a Day theme!  It's the Amazing Maize Maze theme we are lining up for 2009!  Will blog soon about that in another article.  Also if you have ideas about future blog articles we would love to hear them.
