Summer Camp Package
Cost: $10.00 per student all ages. Get one FREE adult chaperone for every 5 paying students. ($10.00 for additional chaperones)
Description: Allow a minimum of 4 hours for this fun filled day. Package includes The Amazing Maize Maze®, as well as 50+ farm fun activities. Explore our logic mazes, & meet baby animals in the Farm Animal Center. Have your students bring a bag lunch & take advantage of our, Picnic Tent or pre-purchase food vouchers for our Home Cookin Café. Also included are the Pedal Karts, Hay Jump Tent, Giant Hay Chute Slide, Giant Slinger, Singing Chicken Show, Rain Room, Jumping Pillow, Big Ball Corral, Straw Bale Racer, Ball Cade and much more!!!
Please note all students must be with an adult camp counselor at all times.
Rain Date: Please pick and schedule a rain date when you book your tour. We do close in heavy rains and storms.

Upon taking your reservation, we will send an invoice for the amount owed. Payment is due by June 14 and no reservation is considered final until payment in full is received. If payment is not received by the due date, your trip will be considered canceled and you will need to re-book if space allows.
Revisions in your attending count can be made until payment due date. After the payment due date, your student and adult counts is considered final. You will not be able to decrease your attending count. If you reserve for more children than attend, we will issue "Complimentary Passes" that can be applied to a future year's visit or used at the discretion of your organization. Should you need to add to your count you may do so up until a week before your scheduled visit to receive the summer camp rate. Any additional people (student or adult) who attend on the day of your visit, over the number reserved for, must pay the regular admission price. Additional persons must be paid for on the day of your visit.
Payment can be made via phone with Visa, Master Card or American Express or thru mail service with a check made payable to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm. Checks will not be deposited and card will not be charged until the day of your visit.
Confirmation for your reservation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Tickets will be held at the gate for your visit.
Cancellation /Refunds Policy
Field trips are weather dependent. Please schedule a rain date when you make your reservation. If we need to cancel a field trip due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule. There is no penalty for canceling due to weather when we are closed.
If you cancel your field trip with more than 30 days notice you will be issued a refund for the full amount of your check minus a $50.00 clerical fee.
If you cancel your field trip with less than 30 days notice no refunds will be issued. "Complimentary Passes" will be issued per the number of paid reservations. These passes may be distributed at the discretion of the organization or can be counted towards a reservation for the following year.
