When it rains does it get muddy at Cherry Crest Adventure Farm?

Most surfaces here are dirt. Some walking areas are stoned, but nothing is paved. Any time water mixes with dirt you will have mud. Depending how long and how hard it has rained determines how muddy conditions are here at the farm. Come dressed accordingly if the weather has been wet.

Do I need to bring a flashlight for the Flashlight Maze?

We recommend that you bring your own flashlights when coming for our Flashlight Maze. However if you should forget to bring one, we do sell them and you can purchase one when you arrive. We also have cool glow products available for purchasing.

We do not allow any cooking over the bonfire since it is open to the general Public. We do however have private campfires that can be rented. See the campfire page for more details.

We are closed Sunday’s because we believe in family and time to restore one’s self. By being closed on Sunday our families have time to spend with each other and attend worship if they so desire.

Does Cherry Crest Adventure Farm close if it rains?

Yes we do sometimes. It depends on how hard and long it has rained. Safety is important to us as well as your enjoyment while here. These are the two key issues in deciding. If you are traveling a distance and there is a chance for rain you might be wise to reschedule for another day

    Can I bring my pet?

Sorry we do not allow pets or alcohol. Exceptions will be made for assistance dogs. There is also no shade for your pet to stay in your vehicle.

Is the big maze ok for small children?

We recommend that families with small children try the maze and use the short cut exit. You may also try the Simon Says Maze located in the barnyard. It is a much simpler maze.

Can we leave and come back?

You may leave and return to the farm as often as you like in the same operating day. You must retain your wristband for reentry. This includes going to your car any reason.

How can I get in touch with someone when the office is not answering?

Usually there is an option or number on our answering service that is made available for this purpose. Please be aware that most likely the person you reach will only be able to relay messages and not be versed on every aspect of our business.

Can my children come to the farm by themselves?

Anyone under the age of 12 must have an accompanying adult.
