CAMPFIRE POLICIES

Admission Policy

  • All Campfire attendees ages 3 and older must have paid admission.

  • Group discount (20+ admissions) available with online, pre-purchased tickets ($2.00 off per person).

  • Discount is not offered at Admissions

  • Pre-purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and expire at the end of the season.​

Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are made online only. 

  • Payment for the campfire is due in full when making your reservation. 

  • If available, campfires can be rented upon arrival the day of your visit to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm. 

  • Campfires are on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Campfire rental cancellations up to 30 days prior to visit – Cherry Crest Adventure Farm will refund the amount paid for the reservation. 

  • Campfire rental cancellations within 30 days of visit – No refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation for cake orders is needed 48 hours in advance of a scheduled party or party will be charged for the cake.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • If Cherry Crest Adventure Farm closes due to inclement weather the Campfire Rental and Food Packages will be refunded.

  • Pre-purchased admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and expire at the end of the season. 

  • Due to unpredictable weather patterns, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm may wait until the afternoon to make a decision on the availability of evening events.
