• You must provide your own tablecloths, paper products, serving utensils, etc.
• Grilling of any kind is not permitted but there are outlets and counter space for crockpots.
• Moderate decorating is permitted.

Admission Policy:

Admission is required for all guests ages 3 and older.

If a party package is purchased, additional discounted party package admissions can be purchased by party host OR party attendees for any number of tickets.

If a rental only is purchased, a group discount ($2.00 off per person) is available for online, pre-purchased tickets (20+ admissions).

Discounts are not offered at Admissions.

Pre-purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and expire at the end of the season. CCAF STRONGLY encourages you and your guests to wait until the day of the event to purchase online tickets. CCAF NEVER RUNS OUT OF TICKETS.

Reservations are made online only.

Payment for the barn rental or birthday party package is due in full when making your reservation.

If available, barns can be rented upon arrival the day of your visit to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm.

Rentals are on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation Policy:

Barn rental and birthday party package cancellation up to 30 days prior to visit – Cherry Crest Adventure Farm will refund the amount paid for the reservation.

Barn rental and birthday party package cancellation within 30 days of visit – No refund will be issued.

Cancellation for birthday cake orders is needed 24 hours in advance of a scheduled party or party will be charged for the cake.

Inclement Weather Policy:

If Cherry Crest Adventure Farm closes due to inclement weather the barn rental and birthday party package fee will be refunded.

Additional pre-purchased admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. We encourage you and your guest to wait until the day of your event to purchase your online admission tickets. We never run out of admission tickets.

Due to unpredictable weather patterns, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm may wait until the afternoon to make a decision on the availability of evening events.
